  19. technology.  Example, with the Amiga you can have as many serial ports 
  20. going at the same time.  With the PC you can have a total of four, only 
  21. two of which can go at the same time.  While the new video cards give 
  22. you more colors and faster speed they are still just the old cards reved 
  23. up some.  You could compare this to AGA compared to AAA, except from 
  24. what I have heard AAA does a whole lot more.

  26. From what I have heard about it the AAA chipset does a whole lot more 
  27. than any of the PC video card can.

  29. While we are on this subject I wonder if  VIScorp has been working with 
  30. AAA at all.  When I talked to Dale (is it Larson) at IAM he said that 
  31. when C= folded AAA was ready to go into second silicon.  That means, 
  32. more or less, that they were ready for Beta testing.  He said that they 
  33. would need about a year for the software team to do the software, but 
  34. that if new people did the software it would take two years.

  36. Well, I would guess the Carl S was one of the originals so maybe he and 
  37. others have been doing this for the last year, or since they got their 
  38. license in January.  Going by what Dale told me they would be able to be 
  39. done for the launch of the PAmiga.  Any comments VIScorp?
